1. What services do you offer?
We provide Online Personal Training programs tailored specifically for tennis players. Each program is designed to improve performance, build strength, and help prevent injuries.
2. How does online personal training work?
After signing up, we start with a consultation to discuss your fitness goals, needs, and limitations. Based on that, we create a personalized training plan delivered through our app. Each program includes video demonstrations for every exercise along with detailed explanations.
3. How do I communicate with my coach?
We maintain daily communication through chat in the app to keep track of your progress and answer any questions. Additionally, we hold video meetings at least twice a month to review your progress, make adjustments, and ensure you stay on track.
4. Do I need special equipment for the training programs?
Our programs are adaptable to your equipment. Ideally, basic fitness tools like resistance bands, stability balls, dumbbells, and access to a tennis court are recommended, but we’ll adjust your plan to suit what’s available.
5. Who are the training programs suitable for?
Our online personal training is ideal for:
Adults aged 18 and older
Juniors aged 12 and older, under supervision from parents or coaches
Each program is fully customized based on your goals, fitness level, and performance needs.
6. Can I try a program before committing?
We do not offer a free trial. Since each program is personalized and built specifically for you based on fitness tests, goals, and your tournament schedule, it requires expert time and effort. We offer a consultation to present how we work and the benefits of our personalized approach.
7. How do I book a consultation?
You can easily schedule a consultation by selecting a convenient time from our online calendar.
8. What payment methods do you accept?
We use Stripe as our payment provider, ensuring secure payment via major credit and debit cards.
9. Can I cancel my subscription or program?
You can cancel your Online Personal Training subscription at any time, though refunds are not available for past payments. If needed, we’re happy to adjust your program to meet your evolving needs.
